Construction Manager




Position Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Construction Manager to lead the successful planning and execution of multiple civil construction projects, primarily within the mining sector. This leadership role is essential to delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from estimation and planning to project execution and closeout.

• Manage multiple site teams, including supervision, subcontractors, survey, and maintenance.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and QA/QC to ensure the project expectations are met.

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in methodologies and project delivery.


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent related field experience.

• Minimum 5-10 years experience in construction management with a focus on civil mining construction.

• Experience with estimating similar projects.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Strong knowledge of contracts, drawings, specifications, and survey.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills.

• High attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.

• Proficient with management software such as Excel/Word/Projects, Heavy Bid/Heavy Job, and Trimble/Propeller.

• Experience with MSHA requirements.

• Ability to travel to multiple sites in Nevada.
