Liberty Energy Services is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee commercial roofing projects from planning through completion. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Construction Manager is responsible for supervising field teams, managing subcontractors, coordinating with clients, and ensuring strict compliance with safety protocols and company standards. This position is located in Reno, Nevada.
Schedule: 6 days a week; 10-hour days
Pay Range: $45-$52/hourly
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and supervise all phases of commercial roofing projects.
-Develop and monitor project timelines, schedules, and budgets.
-Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth execution.
-Oversee and mentor field personnel and subcontractors.
-Address challenges, conflicts, and delays proactively.
-Implement processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
-Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
-Monitor job progress and resolve field operation issues.
-Maintain project documentation (safety audits, daily reports, permits, compliance
records).
-Oversee equipment and inventory management.
-Collaborate with Field Supervisors and Safety Representatives to improve
operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
-Bachelorβs degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or
related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
-3β5 years in commercial roofing or construction management, with
proven leadership in field operations.
-Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and industry standards.
-Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office).
-Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-OSHA 30 certification required.
-Strong understanding of safety regulations, tools, and equipment.
-Ability to work in outdoor and physically demanding environments.
-Willingness to travel to different job sites as needed.
