About the Role:
As a Construction Manager, you are the driving force behind our apartment building process. You’ll lead and mentor the production team including Superintendents. Your mission: ensure all homes are built on time, within budget, and to our “Quality, Complete, Clean” standards. You’ll establish policies for efficiency, oversee schedules, approve payments, and ensure high-quality workmanship on every project.
Do You Have What It Takes?
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager for a production homebuilder.
• Proven leadership skills — you motivate, support, and guide your team to excellence.
• Mastery in project management, budgeting, and scheduling.
• A strong communicator who can anticipate problems and solve them proactively.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• A negotiator who can secure the best outcomes with trade partners and suppliers.
