Job Title: Construction Job Site Office Coordinator
Location: Winnemucca, NV
Job Type: Full-Time for the duration of Construction (~ 10 months)
Job Summary: The Construction Job Site Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing the administrative functions of the construction site office. This role involves coordinating office activities, supporting project managers, and ensuring smooth communication between the site and the main office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Document Control: Manage and organize project documents, including contracts, permits, delivery documentation and drawings. Ensure all documents are up-to-date and properly filed.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for site-related inquiries. Facilitate communication between the construction site, main office, subcontractors, and clients.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling meetings, site visits, and inspections. Maintain the project calendar and ensure all parties are informed of upcoming events.
- Support: Provide administrative support to project managers and site supervisors, including preparing correspondence, handling phone calls, and managing emails.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local building codes. Assist in preparing and submitting necessary documentation for permits and inspections.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or construction management is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is an advantage.
