This role coordinates insurance claims, subcontractors, and project schedules while supporting our construction team.
Responsibilities
- Manage project documentation and files
- Review estimates and subcontractor invoices
- Coordinate subcontractor schedules
- Communicate with insurance carriers and project managers
- Assist with collections on past-due accounts
Training provided.
Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish / English (required)
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Computer skills
- Detail oriented
- Basic knowledge of residential construction
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced office
