Construction Project Administrator

Position: Construction Project Administrator

Trisian-Global Consulting LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Construction Project Administrator in Houston TX to provide support (administrative and technical) to the Construction Project Management Team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain project documentation, track action items, and ensure consistent follow-up with vendors and stakeholders.
• Manage communication of project plans, risks, issues, and progress through meetings, reports, and correspondence.
• Assist Project Manager with administrative tasks, including scheduling, project logs, and bid/proposal processes.
• Coordinate and document project meetings, including recording minutes and tracking action items.
• Support project closeout activities and ensure proper control of technical documentation.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelors or Associates Degree (project, construction, or business management preferred) 
• A minimum of 2 years of construction management, estimating, or construction administration experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project)
• Experience working with Procore
• Working knowledge of Construction Management Systems and Construction Document Management Systems
• Strong Organizational and Planning Skills - ability to multi-task in high volume environments
• Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication Skills
