This established medium sized general contractor has completed projects in the education, local government, light industrial, and commercial office market sectors for over forty years.
With 200+ staff and an established, stable executive leadership team, they are expanding and looking to add a Project Executive to focus on further developing their higher education and private education provider client base and portfolio.
As Project Executive you will initially oversee a small team with the funding and capacity to rapidly expand the size of the business unit as you take on new clients and projects.
You will have gained 15+ years of industry experience with some proven experience working on education or institutional projects and possess strong leadership, mentoring, and people management skills.
A strong interest and ability in client management, business development, and operational excellence will be critical to excel in this exciting, growth-focused role.
