Primary Purpose: Management and execution of all phases of project delivery for the construction of new facilities and renovations of existing facilities. Coordinates with project team representatives
for completion and documentation of all construction documents supporting assigned projects. Acts as district liaison to ensure compliance with all federal, state, county,
local and district regulations and standards regarding construction design and maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education / Certification:
High School Diploma
College or Technical Training in construction related fields
Associate Degree preferred
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of Building/Construction Operations
Knowledge of Building Codes and Procedures
Ability to manage project budget and personnel
Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in use of Adobe Pro DC, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Experience:
Five years of experience in supervision and management of building / construction related
fields
Salary: AP PG5 / 12 Months
