Construction Project Manager

We're a Commercial General Contractor based in DFW that has been in business for over 45 years specializing in a variety of construction markets and successfully delivering projects throughout Texas that include Automotive Dealerships, Medical/Healthcare facilities, Big Box Retail Stores, Industrial, & various other Commercial projects.

Our team is actively hiring for a Project Manager based out of our HQ office.

Projects we have immediate hiring needs for are new construction grocery stores in the DFW area.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working for a General Contractor overseeing similar types of projects ranging from $5M - $50M in value.

Compensation / Benefits:

• Base Salary: $110,000 - $130,000

Qualifications:

• 4-year degree in a construction related field
• 5-10+ years as a Project Manager working for a GC
• Tilt-up / Concrete experience preferred
• Grocery store construction experience
• OSHA 10 / 30 Certifications
• Strong knowledge of Procore & Various other software's such as Microsoft Project
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong knowledge of the building process and industry as a whole
• Extensive experience with subcontractor management
• Ability to meet deadlines and proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
