About the Role
We’re starting conversations early. This role is anticipated to begin in Q2 2026. Early candidates will have the chance to engage with our leadership team, understand our construction vision, and potentially shape the way the Roundhouse construction vertical is built from the ground up.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multifamily residential construction projects in the Boise, Idaho area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing all phases of construction, from pre-construction planning to project completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of multifamily construction projects, including the development of project timelines, budgets, and work plans.
- Supervise and lead a project team of contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Prepare, track, and manage project budgets. Identify and mitigate risks that may affect the budget or timeline. Approve and track subcontractor invoices and change orders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate project changes.
- Ensure all construction activities are compliant with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes.
- Conduct site inspections and manage safety protocols.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Provide regular progress updates and resolve any project issues or concerns.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and subcontractors.
- Manage contract negotiations and ensure adherence to contract terms and project specifications.
- Anticipate potential issues and provide effective solutions to overcome construction challenges, minimizing project delays or cost overruns.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily or similar construction project management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale residential or multifamily construction projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera, Smartsheet).
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, codes, and safety regulations.
- Ability to travel to job sites within the Boise area as needed.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with other departments and external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of local building codes and construction regulations in Boise, ID area.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
