Job Description: Arcis Golf is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our in-house construction projects including contract administration and management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, contract management, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from initiation through completion (typically greater than $250k in total value).
Establish project objectives, scope and deliverables in collaboration with property General Managers and senior leadership.
Evaluate and select contractors and subcontractors based on qualifications, experience and cost-effectiveness.
Manage construction project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings and change orders.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality work.
Review and approve pay applications, purchase orders, submittals, change orders, and any other required project related activities.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
Performs other related duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably with experience in country clubs or the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills including effective planning, prioritization, and time management.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
