Job Description:Β Arcis Golf is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our in-house construction projects including contract administration and management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, contract management, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from initiation through completion (typically greater than $250k in total value).

  • Establish project objectives, scope and deliverables in collaboration with property General Managers and senior leadership.

  • Evaluate and select contractors and subcontractors based on qualifications, experience and cost-effectiveness.

  • Manage construction project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings and change orders.

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.

  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality work.

  • Review and approve pay applications, purchase orders, submittals, change orders, and any other required project related activities.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.

  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management.

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably with experience in country clubs Β or the hospitality industry.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills including effective planning, prioritization, and time management.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
