Construction & Restoration Laborer

Pay: $16–$22/hr (based on experience)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm
Benefits: PTO, Health/Dental/Vision, 401(k)

What You’ll Be Doing

We’re looking for a solid, reliable construction laborer who can handle a mix of demo, rebuild, and restoration work. If you’ve got construction experience and you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty, you’ll fit in fine.

Job Duties

• Demo work and hauling debris
• Drywall (hang, patch, finish)
• Painting and prep
• Trim, baseboard, basic carpentry
• Flooring removal / install help
• Restoration work on water/fire damaged jobs
• Job site cleanup and keeping things organized
• Loading/unloading materials and tools

What We Need

• Construction experience required
• Show up on time, work hard, and be dependable
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day
• Comfortable working in messy/damaged environments
• Basic tool knowledge
• Driver’s license preferred
