Construction Safety Specialist

We have been retained by our client, a Civil Construction company in San Antonio, TX, to find a Safety Representative to support their field operations and ensure compliance with all safety protocols. This role plays a vital part in promoting a strong safety culture and minimizing risk across job sites.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular jobsite safety inspections and enforce OSHA standards.
• Facilitate safety meetings, training sessions, and orientations.
• Investigate incidents, document findings, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain safety logs, documentation, and regulatory compliance records.
• Collaborate with field staff and management to promote a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications:

• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of safety experience in the construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction jobsite protocols.
• Clear communication skills and ability to lead by example.
