Sales Project Leader Job Description:
We are looking to hire a skilled Sales Project Leader to tend to the day-to-day sales activities while leading a small team in a HIGH-SPEED growing company!

The Sales Project Leader's responsibilities can include but are not limited to;
Executing WolfSteel Building’s sales programs & sales activities in order to meet or exceed sales goals.
Must have or gain knowledge of the products & services we provide.
Sales activities such as, replying to emails, phone calls, & texting, understanding construction limitations, & accurately close sales to meet monthly quota.
The Sales Project Leader should be able to manage a high workload, communicate effectively with team members, & be self-driven.
Also, help grow client satisfaction, &, at the same time, participate in a good work environment for their Packmates.

A day in the life of a Sales Project Leader:

  • Work days of Monday-Friday, & Saturday shift on rotation
  • Working hours 8am-5pm (CT) & weekly shift rotations of 10am-7pm, Saturdays 9-12pm (on shift rotation)
  • Tend to inbound leads (no cold calling)
  • Gain nonstop sales experience
  • Ability to learn building construction
  • Communicate with a variety of clients & your Packmates in person & via video chat
  • Full-time access to your motivational team
  • Have a mentality of a successor
  • Close your own sales (no limits)
  • Maintain a communicable relationship with your clients
  • Work with mutually beneficial relationships

Salary:

$22/hr Training Pay (max 3 months)
After training, it will switch to $400 weekly salary
Plus strong commission with no cap ($45,000 - $100,000+)
