Construction Sales Specialist
Wolfe and AssociatesA licensed and certified Boise, Idaho water restoration company has an immediate opening for a Construction Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with proven success record and a minimum of 5 years’ experience of sales in business to business sales and marketing.
Company specializes in the Water Fire and Mold Restoration as well as a General Contractor for insurance and commercial industry. We seek a top sales/marketing representative to become part of our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Learn, train on and use our proprietary contact software.
- New Account development.
- Cold calling to set appointments
- One-on-one and group meetings
- Coordinate and conduct training presentations.
- Follow through via letters, literature, email, etc.
- Being persistent to obtain work
- Account Management & follow through
- Learn and understand our messaging and sales strategy
- Increase business with current accounts
- Manage new assignments as they come in
- Ensure service needs are being met/exceeded.
- Entertain clients as necessary
- Regular visits to nurture relationships
Desired Qualifications:
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Strong presentation computer organizational and communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to go the extra mile is a must
- Valid DL
- Satisfactorily pass a pre-employment background and drug screen
Compensation package is performance based – and includes base salary , sales commissions, and expenses allowance.
