Position Purpose

This position supports the data requirements of the North American Manufacturing businesses in all aspects data reporting and presentations. This role interacts closely with all departments within the manufacturing business. This position is responsible for the generation of a suite of standardized reports as well as ad-hoc reports when requested to support decision making by the management team.

• Originates and maintains standard and ad-hoc reports.
• Creates professional presentations.
• Determines the best methods for analysing large, complex data sets.
• Function within multiple systems and tools to extract and manipulate data effectively.
  
  

Nature & Scope

Reports to EVP of Manufacturing.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associates or Technical Degree or higher in relevant field
• 3 years of experience with data analytics

• High proficiency with Excel and Power Point  
• Originates and maintains standard and ad-hoc reports.
• Creates professional presentations.
• Determines the best methods for analysing large, complex data sets.
• Function within multiple systems and tools to extract and manipulate data effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Five years of experience with data analytics

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook) and ERP Systems (SAP preferred)
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated knowledge and implementation of sales reporting processes.
• Ability to take direction well and work with minimal supervision.
