Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale data center and mission critical projects in the Las Vegas market. This individual will oversee the full lifecycle of fast-track, high-value builds—from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in MEP systems, critical scheduling, and cost control, and thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of data center projects $50M+, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budgets, and schedules.
• Oversee project scope, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders with precision and accountability.
• Coordinate with field leadership, subcontractors, design teams, and owner representatives to drive project success.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and risk management plans; provide timely reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control measures, and contractual obligations at all stages.
• Partner closely with preconstruction, field operations, and commissioning teams for seamless project delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners, representing the company with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience, including 3+ years managing mission critical or data center projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects $50M+ with a strong understanding of MEP coordination and commissioning processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in construction management tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, and Bluebeam.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $120,000 – $200,000 (DOE)
