The work directly supports the Development Acquisitions team and broader development pipeline by ensuring disciplined market analysis, strong underwriting, and organized deal execution.

· Evaluate development opportunities through detailed market research, site analysis, and financial underwriting.

· Manage and track acquisition pipeline activity, ensuring deal information and documentation are accurate and organized.
· Proactively support deal evaluation, underwriting assumptions, and internal coordination needed to advance opportunities.

· Prepare clear, accurate materials for internal review, including investment memoranda and presentations for Investment Committee.
· Communicate risks, assumptions, and insights transparently while supporting responsible investment decisions.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position is performed primarily in an office environment. The role may require extended periods of sitting, routine use of standard office equipment and technology, and the ability to view a computer screen for extended periods. The role may also require periodic travel to development markets for site visits and meetings.
