We're an established Multifamily General Contractor in the San Antonio, TX area that has been in business for 20 years specializing in building student housing, affordable housing, townhomes / duplexes, market rate apartments, and build for rent communities throughout Texas.


Our team is looking to make a long-term hire for a Project Executive / Director of Construction to be based out of our headquarters office.


The ideal candidate will have a prior background as a Project Executive or Director level role working for a GC or Developer / Builder with experience building ground-up apartments, senior living facilities, student housing, duplexes, and/or townhome communities.



Compensation / Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $140,000 - $160,000
  • Monthly Truck Allowance

  • Project Bonus: paid out across 3 phases of the projects

Requirements / Skills:

  • College degree in a construction related field,
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience managing all phases of multifamily construction projects
  • Prior experience in a Director or PX level role
  • Proficient with Procore, Microsoft Office, and various other construction software's
  • Knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, estimating, budgeting, scheduling and safety practices
  • Strong organization, time-management, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate contracts, manage personnel, meet deadlines and goals, and maintain confidentiality


Job Responsibilities:

  • Main responsibilities will be the general oversight of all current projects under construction
  • All project managers, APM's and PE's will be reporting to this person
  • This includes weekly meetings with the project managers to review and address any concerns (cost and schedule related)
  • Site visits to observe operational issues, safety standards, quality control, and any contractual disputes amongst Owners or Subcontractors
  • Oversight of the day-to-day and present project operations
