We’re seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman in the Austin and San Antonio area to join our team and contribute to some of the most exciting and innovative projects across the region. Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of electrical tasks on site with general supervision, ensuring all work aligns with project specifications and contract requirements.
  • Lead and execute electrical installations, with a focus on multi-family projects (experience in this area is essential).
  • Install feeders, size wires and conduits, and handle layout and preparation for electrical installations.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot motors, system controls, and other complex electrical systems.
  • Conduct switchgear and device installation and termination.
  • Apply your knowledge of the NFPA 70 National Electrical Code and electrical theory to all tasks.
  • Supervise and manage electrical projects, implementing best practices to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness.

  • sure a full work schedule with a minimum of 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week (with approved overtime as needed).

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 4 years of experience in electrical work with a strong background in managing crews of 10+ supervisors and electricians.
  • Expertise in reviewing and interpreting electrical schematics and performing precise wiring installations.
  • Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), with familiarity in NFPA and NESC standards.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (many job sites are not accessible by public transit).
  • Current Journeyman License or equivalent experience in the electrical field.
