Trueline's client, a leading construction firm, is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to join their team in the dynamic field of construction management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of diverse construction projects through meticulous planning, accurate cost estimation, and effective project execution.


What You'll Do as the Project Manager/Estimator:

- Develop comprehensive cost estimates by analyzing project specifications and relevant documentation

- Collaborate with team members to create and manage project timelines and schedules

- Examine architectural drawings to identify potential challenges and propose solutions

- Leverage industry-standard software for project management, cost tracking, and documentation

- Conduct on-site assessments to gather crucial data for estimations and project feasibility

- Liaise with subcontractors and vendors to secure competitive pricing and maintain quality standards

- Maintain detailed records of estimates, contracts, and project-related documentation

- Oversee project execution, including issuing change orders and managing personnel

- Coordinate material procurement to ensure timely availability and cost-effectiveness


Must-Haves:

  • Experience as an Electrical Project Manager
  • Experience with electrical controls and power generation
  • Experience with reading blueprints and electrical schematics
  • Experience with electrical project quoting
  • Experience interfacing with clients, stakeholders, and decision makers


Nice-To-Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager estimating power generation and electrical control bids
  • Journeyman’s License
  • Established clientele in Dallas, TX Area
