Entry Level Carpenter - Job Description

We want to be the best construction company you ever work for.

At Ealy Construction, we believe work should enhance your life, not take away from it. We don't just build projects- we build careers, friendships, and a great quality of life for our clients and team members.

If you want to learn the carpentry trade while working on high-end projects, if you take pride in doing things right the first time, and if you enjoy being part of a friendly and professional team, you'll fit in here.

We're hiring an Entry Level Carpenter who will support our experienced carpenters, handle general carpentry and construction tasks, and contribute to the smooth flow of our projects. You'll learn the trade, grow your skills, and be part of a team that values character as much as craftsmanship.

Why work for us?
  • We hire for a long term career fit. We want to help you build a life and a fulfilling career where you love coming to work. Most of our employees work here for many years.
  • We pay great salaries and benefits. You'll have the means to give your family the lifestyle they deserve and save for retirement.
  • Our work is in high demand. We keep work booked out for the better part of a year, and business has been stable even through the past recession and the current pandemic.
  • Your craftsmanship can be nationally recognized. We've received multiple national awards, including the Chrysalis award for 'Best Kitchen Remodel In the Nation' and the Qualified Remodeler Master Design Award.
