Experienced Glass Installer & Estimator – Job Description

Moscow Glass is hiring an Experienced Glass Installer & Estimator who will handle residential and commercial glass installations (windows, doors, showers, storefronts) while also preparing accurate, detailed measurement reports.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting at $22-32/hr+ depending on experience.

Minimum Requirements
  • Experience. 3+ years in glass installation (residential, commercial, or both) with knowledge of doors, windows, showers, and commercial glass.
  • Estimating skills. Ability to measure accurately, pay attention to details, plan ahead, and give our admin staff everything they need to prepare accurate estimates and material orders.
  • Reliability. Punctual, dependable, and organized.
  • People skills. Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with clients.
  • Teamwork & teachability. Motivated to grow, share knowledge, and work as part of a supportive team.

What does an average week look like?

  • Unload delivery trucks and prepare work vehicles with supplies for the day's jobs.
  • Inspect incoming material orders for damage, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Meet with clients at job sites, take precise measurements, and prepare detailed reports for our office estimating team.
  • Remove old windows, glass, or doors and install new products with efficiency and care.
  • Cut and prepare glass, mirrors, and screen materials for upcoming jobs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site from start to finish.
  • Communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
