PRICE ELECTRIC is hiring anΒ Electrical Fabrication Lead to support our production team through hands-on electrical assembly work while providing daily guidance to other assemblers. This role combines technical craftsmanship with leadership, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met.
What You'll Do:

Follow and enforce all safety regulations, PPE requirements, and company/customer procedures

Actively participate in daily huddles and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)

Perform hands-on electrical assembly and fabrication based on work orders, drawings, and specifications

Provide daily coordination and on-the-job guidance to assemblers while working alongside the team

Conduct inspections, assessments, and reporting; review drawings and schedules to identify risks and improvement opportunities

Monitor production progress and communicate status updates, delays, or issues to the Production Supervisor

Assist with material staging, inventory management, and preparation of tools and equipment

Verify completed work meets quality standards and specifications; identify deficiencies and support corrective actions

Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and component repair or replacement

Support training and skill development of team members through coaching and demonstration

Maintain clean, organized work areas and support lean/continuous improvement initiatives

Complete production updates, inspections, logs, and material tracking in company systems
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Electrical trade education with 5+ years of relevant electrical experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience
- OSHA 10 certification
- Prior electrical fabrication experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driverβs license
- Ability to lead tasks while performing hands-on work
