Job Summary
Under general supervision, performs semi-skilled to skilled routine daily tasks in the maintenance, repair, and construction of City of Bryan buildings and park facilities.
Physical Demands
Physical demands include but are not limited to: sitting, talking, hearing, seeing, standing, walking, driving, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, twisting, bending, crawling, climbing, and using hands and fingers to operate equipment and to lift, carry, or move objects up to 100 pounds.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED . Must possess at least three (3) years of experience in the general construction trade(s) and/or building maintenance. Equivalent combinations of education, experience, certification, and training may be considered.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday; 7am-4pm
