Role Overview 

We are seeking a Field Administrator (Construction) to support on-site project teams with day-to-day administrative coordination and field operations support. This role is embedded directly on the jobsite and works closely with superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure documentation, communication, and logistics are handled efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site administrative support to field leadership, superintendents, and project teams 
• Assist with daily reports, field logs, and documentation tracking 
• Support timekeeping, crew logs, and coordination of field personnel records 
• Help manage and track RFIs, submittals, and field documentation as needed 
• Coordinate site access, badging, and onboarding for field personnel 
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of site meetings, safety meetings, and daily briefings 
• Maintain organized records of project documentation, drawings, and revisions 
• Support communication between field teams, subcontractors, and project management 
• Assist with material delivery tracking, equipment coordination, and general site logistics 
• Help ensure documentation aligns with project requirements and timelines 
• Provide general administrative support to keep field operations running efficiently

• 2–5+ years of experience in a construction administrative or field support role 
• Prior experience working on active construction jobsites strongly preferred 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced field environment 
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with field teams and leadership 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) 
• Comfortable working onsite full-time

Preferred 

• Experience supporting superintendents or field engineering teams 
• Familiarity with construction tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms 
• Experience with timekeeping systems, daily reports, and field documentation processes 
• Background in data center, industrial, or large commercial construction projects
