Aquafinity is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team! What You’ll Do

• Prospect and grow sales within the institutional and commercial market (hotels, casinos, HOAs, swimming schools, municipalities, YMCAs, and more)
• Assess existing facilities and recommend equipment improvements or retrofits
• Drive new business and manage equipment projects alongside service teams and subcontractors
• Deliver client-focused solutions, including new installations, renovations, and energy-efficient upgrades
• Conduct field appointments, cold calls, and presentations to mid- and senior-level decision makers
• Prepare equipment quotes, follow up on manufacturer leads, and maintain strong communication with internal teams
• Travel daily within your assigned territory

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3+ years in aquatic or technical sales (preferred)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to learn our ERP system (aACE)
• Organized, punctual, and results-driven with excellent time management
• Ability to assess technical problems and propose solutions
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required
• Field sales experience is a strong asset
