Perform all aspects of finish carpentry including doors, hardware, trim, cabinetry, and millwork
Interpret blueprints and project drawings to meet exact specifications
Install wood, laminate, and specialty finishes with high attention to detail
Collaborate with superintendents and project managers on timelines and quality standards
Measure, cut, and shape materials with precision using hand and power tools
Maintain clean and organized work areas, ensuring compliance with jobsite safety protocols
Troubleshoot and solve field installation challenges on the fly
Participate in site walkthroughs and punch-list completion
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial finish carpentry or a related field
Strong knowledge of materials, methods, and tools for finish work
Ability to work from blueprints, technical drawings, and verbal instructions
Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or on a team
Willingness to perform other rough carpentry functions when needed.
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on commercial or government construction sites
Familiarity with ADA compliance and commercial hardware installation
OSHA or other safety certifications a plus
