Job Description

General Carpenter
DPR Construction is looking for General Carpenter with at least 2 years of experience in all aspects of commercial construction.

Job Requirements:

• Following blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients.
• Installing structures and fixtures, such as windows and molding.
• Measuring, cutting, or shaping wood, plastic, and other materials.
• Constructing building frameworks, including walls, floors, and door frames.
• Helping to erect, level, and install building framework with the aid of rigging hardware. and cranes.
• Inspecting and replacing damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.

Physical Requirements:

• Climbing, standing, sitting, walking, reaching, bending, balancing, squatting and kneeling for prolonged periods at a time.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to and not limited to 100lbs.
Working Conditions:

• Work occurs primarily in on-site environment and may be indoors or outdoors. May sometimes involve heights, exposure to hot or cold weather, loud noises, dust and fumes.
• All PPE (Personnel Protective Equipment) Must be worn at all times (safety vest, protective eye-wear, hearing protection, gloves, sleeves as needed, hard hat, face shield, & approved foot wear).

Pay based on experience and capabilities.

Metal Stud Framers (please delete this title and line before posting)

DPR Construction is looking for metal stud framers with at least 3 years experience metal stud framing applications.  Prospective candidates must be able to provide a high quality product, read and understand drawings and work as a team to maintain production.  

Must have own tools: hand tools, bags, cordless impact, point and line laser, plumb bob level (brass), 12 ga cords.

Pay based on experience and capabilities.
