DescriptionThe General Foreman of Instrumentation is involved in planning and supervising the activities of employees engaged in industrial construction. Manages and supervises multiple crews in regards to safety, scheduling, QA/QC processes and sequences, time, and cost. Illustrate in-depth knowledge of craft responsibilities. Provide proper training on safety and QA/QC to ensure the quality of work is up to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Read blueprints and specification to determine the scope of work: locations, quantities, and sizes of materials required.
- Identify all tools needed to complete tasks.
- Identify safety risks and the precautions required to eliminate those risks.
- Must be able to work at heights and off of ladders and scaffolds safely.
- Clean up/housekeeping of work areas.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- Must have 5+ years working in Instrumentation on an industrial construction project and 1+ yearsβ experience in a supervisory role.
- Must be able to read blueprints, plans, and drawings proficiently to perform duties.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work full work schedule and any additional overtime as needed
- Must be willing to work safely and follow all safety rules and regulations.
- Must follow all company and site rules and regulations.
- Must have required tools.
