Position Purpose
The successful applicant will join a dedicated, highly motivated team that is responsible for providing an effective integrated strategic marketing program to grow awareness and demand for the JCB Brand. The incumbent is specifically responsible for developing and deploying, measurable, strategic marketing activities reaching targeted customers and industry influencers. Responsibilities include extensive interaction with cross-functional team members in line with NA business objectives.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities
- Work closely with Vice President of Marketing to establish centers of expertise across the Marketing Team including CRM/Customer Lifecycle Management, Demand Generation and Content Generation
- Lead brand marketing campaign development with the support of global marketing team and Strategic brand agency. Ownership of the Creative Development Process
- Implement and Lead Monthly GTM Calendar and ensure tight execution of the plan and cohesion with Commercial and Product marketing teams. Develop and implement processes to improve team productivity and speed to market.
- Lead Strategic Growth Initiatives and ensure tight execution of the plan across Marketing, Commercial/Sales, Network Development and other key stakeholders
- Demonstrate a relentless focus on retail and Market Share performance through effective leverage of marketing tools and dashboard management. Implement a Retail Operations Mindset in North America
- Work closely with Global team on implementing a true life-cycle management, CRM and Marketing Automation process to retain and conquest customers. Manage customer touchpoint and direct/CRM marketing activities.
- Develop and oversee a digital and web-based marketing strategy and ongoing maintenance program.
- Develop and track appropriate metrics to evaluate and report on effectiveness of assigned marketing activities. Ownership of the Marketing Performance Dashboard
- Develop tailored content for presentations that highlight the value proposition of the JCB solution.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field, ideally with post-graduate degree in General Business or Marketing.
- Minimum seven years’ experience in business management roles, industry experience a plus.
- Strong knowledge of digital and traditional media with ability to develop new strategies to reach and influence customers.
- Experience leading transformational projects and developing high-performing teams
- Proven success in launching new products and/or services into new and existing markets.

- Strong collaborative, interpersonal and presentation skills, with experience working with and influencing colleagues at all levels
- Knowledge of Salesforce or equivalent Cloud-based software platform
- Data-Driven Decision-Making to fuel Retail and Market share Growth
Job Conditions
- Both office environment and occasionally travelling to key events, dealerships and agency partners
