Ryan Building Group is looking for a motivated and adaptable General Online Sales Counselor to join our high-performing team! In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers, helping guide them through the early stages of the homebuying journey. You'll work closely with our Online Sales Manager, Divisions, and Onsite Sales Counselors to convert leads into appointments and support overall sales success across multiple regions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Convert online and phone leads into onsite appointments with Onsite Sales Counselors.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly appointment and performance goals.
• Handle inbound/outbound communication with prospects via phone, text, and email—responding within 5 to 30 minutes during business hours (9 AM – 6 PM).
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for model home visits.
• Manage and maintain lead database using HubSpot and WRH’s online sales methodology.
• Follow up on missed appointments to convert them into rescheduled visits.
• Track and report on lead sources, appointments, and engagement through weekly and monthly reports.
• Stay up to date on WRH communities, market homes, incentives, and competitive offerings.
• Attend divisional sales meetings via Teams and share insights on lead generation and traffic performance.
• Assist with content creation, website updates, and email marketing to support SEO and lead engagement.
• Monitor and audit company and competitor websites, MLS listings, and third-party platforms for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Marketing Managers for campaigns, events, and promotional strategies.

Experience/Education:
• 2+ years in online sales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Prior experience in residential homebuilding or real estate preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Other Requirements:
• Minimal travel required.
• Must own or lease a vehicle with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Cell phone with data package required.
• Must hold (or be willing to obtain) Real Estate Licenses in both Arizona and Florida. RBG offers support for candidates currently in the licensing process.
