• Safely and skillfully operate heavy equipment, including excavators, dozers, skid steers, foundation drills, and pile driving equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery to ensure safety and optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
• Communicate effectively with crew members, field employees, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and with high-quality standards.
• Travel as required for projects and work overtime or weekends when needed.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years operating heavy equipment, including excavators (30-ton class or larger).
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid TWIC card and driver's license required.
• Skills:
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
