- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity
- Work directly with customers to assess their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Install new equipment and systems when necessary
- Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings to management
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with industry standards
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain professionalism at all times
- 3+ years in an HVAC Service Technician role preferred
- Registered HVAC Technician in the State of Texas TDLR.
- EPA certification required;
- Additional certifications in NATE, HVAC, OSHA, or fall protection are a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to educate customers on best options for their homes
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
