Rate: $75 - 90K
General Purpose
The Construction Manager oversees the delivery of the Core5 in the execution of multiple construction and renovation projects. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring expectations are met throughout the project’s lifecycle, while ensuring that all projects meet timelines, budgets, and safety standards. The Construction Manager will also play a critical role in the bidding process for assigned projects, nurture client relationships, and serve as a technical resource to ensure long-term project success, business growth and to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all safety and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction management or a
related field, focusing on project delivery and client relations. Proven experience managing teams and overseeing multiple renovation projects, particularly in occupied multi-family properties. Experience managing small to mid-sized construction projects ranging from $1M to $10M+. Exceptional organizational, time management, and decision-making/problemsolving skills. Strong understanding of bidding processes, project management, and construction safety standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
