Position Overview:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating business by scheduling in-home consultations with potential customers. This role requires strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to engage customers confidently over the phone. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to Expo Home Improvement’s products and services.
  • Handle inbound calls by providing exceptional customer service and answering inquiries.
  • Build rapport quickly and establish trust with homeowners through a professional and friendly approach.

Lead Generation & Appointment Setting:

  • Schedule in-home consultations for homeowners interested in remodeling services.
  • Accurately collect and document customer information in the CRM system.
  • Utilize provided scripts and best practices to ensure a consistent and effective sales approach.

Performance & Collaboration:

  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including call volume, appointments set, and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts.
  • Provide feedback on customer interactions to help refine lead generation strategies.
Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in basic computer and CRM software usage.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain seated and engaged on calls for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in an office setting with regular computer and phone usage.

Working Conditions:

  • This is an on-site role based in Farmers, TX.
  • Full-time schedule: Monday – Friday, with occasional weekends as needed.
