**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Meet clients on-site to understand their vision
- Design custom landscapes using tools like AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Present clear proposals and estimates that build trust
- Sell and close $1M–$3M+ in project work per year
- Oversee installs alongside the field crew
- Solve problems, adapt designs, and own outcomes
