Overview
We are seeking an experienced LCPtracker Support Specialist to support contractors and subcontractors with certified payroll reporting and compliance. This role focuses on user support, training, and ensuring accurate payroll submissions within LCPtracker.
Responsibilities
- Support contractors using LCPtracker
- Assist with payroll uploads and reporting requirements
- Troubleshoot payroll and system issues
- Conduct user training and presentations
- Manage user accounts and access
- Ensure compliance with certified payroll regulations
- Document and escalate system issues as needed
Requirements
- LCPtracker experience required
- Certified payroll compliance experience
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lead training sessions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
