What You'll Be Doing
As our Lead Abatement Contractor, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of the spaces we work on. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing and identifying lead hazards in residential and commercial properties.
- Safely removing or mitigating lead-based materials following all safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local lead abatement regulations.
- Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Documenting project details and ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately.
- Communicating with clients to explain the abatement process and address any concerns.
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional who meets the following qualifications:

Must hold a current Ohio Department of Health (ODH) Lead Abatement Worker or Supervisor License

At least 1 year of experience in lead abatement or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of lead abatement procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Physical ability to perform hands-on work in various environments.
