What We�re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Leasing experience is a plus, but a strong background in customer service or sales is essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with Entrata and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) preferred
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a team-first mindset
• Comfortable walking the property, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 25 lbs
• Must be dependable and detail-oriented
• Availability to work Saturdays is required

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lease apartments and guide prospective residents through the application process
• Maintain organized resident and property files
• Ensure model units and tour paths are clean and ready
• Know and promote property features, pricing, and leasing terms
• Use strong communication skills to handle inquiries, phone calls, and follow-ups
• Assist with social media engagement and local marketing efforts
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure top-notch presentation
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and prospects alike
• Stay compliant with Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA standards
