Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior leasing experience preferred; however, a strong customer service or sales background is a must
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
• Must maintain a professional appearance and adhere to office-appropriate attire standards
• Positive attitude with problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with Entrata property management software and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus
• Ability to walk the property frequently and climb stairs
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on occasion
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
• Availability to work Saturdays and some holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Lease Agreements & Rentals: Complete lease agreements, collect rental deposits, and manage resident files
• Property Tours: Ensure all model apartments are tour-ready at all times, showcasing the best of District at Hurstbourne
• Resident Relations: Respond to resident requests and complaints promptly and professionally
• Marketing: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to promote the property and distribute marketing materials
• Property Inspections: Conduct daily property inspections to ensure the property is in excellent condition
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA standards, and Fair Housing regulations
• Lease Knowledge: Stay up to date on lease terms, rental rates, property amenities, and overall market trends
