Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior leasing experience preferred; however, a strong customer service or sales background is a must
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
- Must maintain a professional appearance and adhere to office-appropriate attire standards
- Positive attitude with problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Entrata property management software and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus
- Ability to walk the property frequently and climb stairs
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on occasion
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Availability to work Saturdays and some holidays as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Lease Agreements & Rentals: Complete lease agreements, collect rental deposits, and manage resident files
- Property Tours: Ensure all model apartments are tour-ready at all times, showcasing the best of District at Hurstbourne
- Resident Relations: Respond to resident requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Marketing: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to promote the property and distribute marketing materials
- Property Inspections: Conduct daily property inspections to ensure the property is in excellent condition
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA standards, and Fair Housing regulations
- Lease Knowledge: Stay up to date on lease terms, rental rates, property amenities, and overall market trends
