What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a dependable and upbeat team player with a knack for customer service. Here's what you'll need to succeed:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous leasing experience preferred�but strong customer service, sales, or hospitality experience is a must
• Professional appearance suitable for an office setting
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Clear, professional written communication
• Experience with Entrata software is a plus
• Familiarity with social media platforms (especially Facebook & Instagram)
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
• Availability to work Saturdays is required

Your Day-to-Day:

As a Leasing Consultant at Veranda at The Ridge, you�ll play a key role in providing top-notch service and creating a welcoming environment for current and future residents.

• Complete lease agreements and collect rental deposits
• Prepare and maintain model apartments for tours
• Maintain accurate property and resident files
• Understand lease terms, policies, pricing, and amenities
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person
• Follow leasing and screening procedures
• Conduct regular property inspections
• Build relationships with local businesses for marketing
• Respond to resident inquiries with professionalism and care
• Adhere to Fair Housing regulations, OSHA, and EPA standards
