• Low Slope Roofing Installation & Maintenance:
  • Install and repair low slope roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, PVC, and modified bitumen.
  • Conduct roof inspections, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Apply waterproofing systems and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Safety First:
  • Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to fall protection procedures.
• Material Handling & Teamwork:
  • Transport and manage roofing materials and tools effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Customer Interaction:
  • Communicate professionally with clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Equipment Maintenance:
  • Inspect and maintain roofing tools and equipment, reporting issues promptly.

• At least 1 year of roofing experience, preferably in low slope systems (or a strong willingness to learn).
• Familiarity with roofing materials like EPDM, TPO, PVC, and modified bitumen.
• Ability to work safely at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Strong physical stamina and agility for demanding tasks.
• OSHA certification is a plus but not required (training available).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A team player with solid communication skills.
