Position Overview:
Machine Operator Reports to the Prefabrication Engineer. Responsibilities are focused on
Operating Laser & CNC Equipment. The Machine Operator must be able to contribute to the
overall success of the company by performing all assigned duties in a professional, timely and
accurate manner.

Essential Job Functions:
- Individual must align with the core values of the company
- Operate CNC Machine
- Operate Laser Engraver
- Ability to perform basic functions of a computer
- Manage Inventory/Consumables for CNC & Laser Engraver
- Load/Unload Materials
- Inspect Equipment to Ensure proper operation
- Inspect/Provide quality check on all outputs
- Maintain a clean work environment
Position Requirements:
- Machining Operating Experience
- Ability to read and understand measurements
- Understanding of computers and control interfaces
- Keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
- Ability to follow instructions and be willing to continually improve
- Forklift certification (optional but preferred)
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- 10% Work area morning prep and afternoon clean up
- 5% Collaborate with Team on Current Workflows
- 25% manual labor of material loading and post processing of finished products
- 60% monitoring machines to ensure they are running correctly for your safety and
- prevent material damage
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to work in an industrial environment
- Ability to maneuver 50+ lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to withstand extended exposure to a computer monitor, which may at times be
- straining on the eyes
