Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Manager to lead our Legal Case Services team. This role provides day‑to‑day oversight of Case Coordinators, ensuring operational consistency, workload balance, and high‑quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Support, Associate, and Senior Case Coordinators.
  • Oversee daily workflows to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
  • Balance caseloads and support consultant readiness.
  • Serve as escalation point for workflow or scheduling challenges.
  • Define and track KPIs to monitor accuracy, turnaround times, and workload balance.
  • Use data to identify performance gaps and drive improvements.
  • Implement quality checks for calendaring, documentation, and deadline compliance.
  • Reinforce adherence to policies and confidentiality standards.
  • Partner with Senior Case Coordinators on training and staff development.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and cross‑functional teams.
  • Translate strategy into scalable workflows and measurable results.
  • Support technology adoption and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with leadership and HR on staffing and performance management.

 

Required Education and Experience

  • 5+ years managing operational teams in high‑volume, deadline‑driven legal or professional services environments.
  • 5+ years improving, stabilizing, and standardizing operations.
  • 3+ years leveraging technology and data to manage performance and KPIs.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, paralegal studies, or a related field (preferred, not required).
