Ealy Construction, along with The Augusta Rule and Moscow Glass, is looking for a creative, motivated, and personable Marketing & Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your marketing and content creation skills across multiple brands. You'll spend the majority of your time developing and launching a national brand for The Augusta Rule, a tax-saving initiative for small business owners, while also supporting marketing efforts for Ealy Construction and Moscow Glass, both established local construction companies. You'll create written, visual, and video content to build brand awareness and execute marketing campaigns.

• Content Creation: Develop engaging social media content (written, video, and graphic design) for multiple brands, with a focus on building and refining The Augusta Rule's digital presence.
• Brand Building: Take ownership of creating and launching a national digital marketing campaign for The Augusta Rule, while collaborating with the team to define brand voice and strategy.
• Social Media Management: Manage social media channels, interact with clients, and stay laser-focused on understanding customer pain points to create meaningful content.
• Site Visits: Capture photos and videos of ongoing construction projects for Ealy Construction and Moscow Glass. Transform the field team's work into compelling content that tells the story of what we do.
• Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with the owner and marketing director to draft advertising copy, create content calendars, and ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.
• Campaign Execution: Launch social media campaigns and track their effectiveness, adjusting content based on performance metrics and feedback.

• Develop an in-depth understanding of our companies, target audiences, and services.
• Draft and build advertising copy, content calendars, and creative marketing materials.
• Create content based on your unique skill set, whether that's videography, graphic design, or writing.
• Collaborate with the owner and marketing director to build and promote The Augusta Rule brand and run national marketing campaigns.

• Proven experience in content creation, with strong skills in writing, photography, videography, and graphic design.
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency is a must.
• Ability to understand brand strategy and target audiences, and translate them into impactful content.
• Friendly and personable, with the ability to work closely with team members and clients.
• Creative and eager to learn, with access to marketing resources to expand your skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating your experience in social media content, photography, videos, and graphic design is required.
