Description

 We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee administrative operations, supervise staff, manage vendor relationships, and support financial and collections processes. This role exercises independent judgment in managing office systems, accounts receivable coordination, and compliance functions. 


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office and administrative operations
  • Supervise and develop office and support staff
  • Administer CRM and JobNimbus platforms
  • Oversee collections activity, payment coordination, and account resolution
  • Establish and enforce internal billing and collection procedures
  • Manage vendor contracts and service agreements
  • Coordinate banking activity and financial reporting
  • Support onboarding, timekeeping, and employee records
  • Prepare operational and financial reports using Microsoft Office
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
  • Partner with leadership on process improvement and risk mitigation
Requirements

 

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in office, operations, or administrative management
  • Experience managing collections or accounts receivable processes
  • Supervisory and vendor management experience
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills
  • High professional judgment and discretion
Salary Description
$50,000–$55,000 (DOE)
