Position: On-Site Coordinator

Location: Woodland Hills COA community - Wilder, KY  

Competitive Pay: $16 - $20 per hour (based on experience)
Work Schedule: 4 days per week, Monday–Thursday, 9 AM–5 PM, with scheduled monthly evening Board meetings.


You offer the following minimum requirements: 

  • High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three years of related experience.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Diplomatic and tactful in interactions with others
  • Property maintenance experience preferred
  • Ability to perform standard business math, such as calculating ratios, percentages, and tracking financial data.
  • Willingness to undergo a drug and background check if offered the position.


What you’ll do as an On-site Coordinator:

  • Ensure maintenance and other homeowner requests are addressed timely, efficiently, and courteously.
  • Receive and assign work order requests to on-site Service Technicians.
  • Inspect the property to determine maintenance and landscaping requirements as well as policy violations and safety matters. 
  • Address community rule violations with violation and enforcement letters and report issues to the Association Manager and Board when appropriate. 
  • Assist the Board and Association Manager in establishing annual services to the Association.  Draft annual budget for Board review and adoption.
  • Attending regularly scheduled Board meetings, prepare minutes and Board packets for Board approval and review.
  • Ensure the maintenance of complete and accurate up-to-date property files and records; and assist with the preparation of the monthly newsletter, as well as adherence to Towne’s policies and procedures.  
  • Provide emergency after-hours answering service. 
  • Performs other duties as requested.
