We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Order Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering customer orders into our system and ensuring all information is correct. This is a fully remote position, making it ideal for someone who is organized, focused, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

  • Enter customer orders into the company system accurately and efficiently

  • Review order details for errors or missing information

  • Update and maintain customer and order records

  • Communicate with customers or team members to clarify order details when needed

  • Track and manage incoming orders to ensure timely processing

  • Follow company procedures and data entry guidelines

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic computer skills (typing, data entry, email, spreadsheets)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

  • Previous data entry or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
