- $75,000 Basic Salary + UNCAPPED Commission + Package
- OTE $135,000+

The Opportunity
You’ll take on a visible, revenue-generating role selling a complete range of engineered pumping, temporary liquid handling and irrigation solutions to industrial and commercial clients across the wider Elko and Northern Nevada region. You’ll have genuine autonomy to build long-term relationships, grow key accounts and develop new business while working closely with an experienced operations team who can deliver what you sell.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and growing an established territory covering Elko and surrounding communities (e.g. Carlin, Battle Mountain, Winnemucca, Eureka, Spring Creek and more).
- Meeting and exceeding rental and sales revenue targets through a mix of account management and proactive new business activity.
- Visiting customers on-site to understand their operations and design solutions around pumps, tanks, filtration, spill containment and related equipment.
- Preparing accurate quotes, pricing and proposals that protect margin while giving customers confidence and clarity.
- Attending industry events, customer “lunch & learns” and trade association meetings to grow your network and market presence.
- Working hand-in-hand with branch and engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery, safe installations and high service levels.
- Maintaining a well-organised CRM/customer database and providing timely sales reporting.
This is a field-focused role, with regular travel across your territory and the flexibility to plan your own schedule.

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) plus 3–5 years of successful B2B sales, ideally in industrial, construction, equipment rental, fluid handling, irrigation or a related technical field.
- Working knowledge of pumping systems, hydraulics, irrigation design or water handling products, or the ability and desire to learn quickly.
- A consultative, solution-focused sales style and confidence selling more than one product line.
- Strong territory planning, pipeline management and face-to-face relationship-building skills.
- A genuine commitment to safety and to representing your customers and employer with professionalism.
You should ideally live in, or be willing to relocate to, the Elko area or within reasonable distance of the territory.
